The very rare time when its quiet in work I’ll take a snoop at the old posts here. The ones going back to when this site started working my way forward, not every page or post just the odd one here or there. I’ll read the comments and wonder about past members who are now just anonymous or who just havent logged on in years. Ill wonder if they made friends here. Ill wonder whats happened them since. Have they met someone and are happily suckling or been suckled to their hearts content, did they get fed up waiting for the perfect anr so made do with a regular relationship.
Have they married and moved on or even morbidly are they left this mortal realm.One day many years in the future will someone read back over our posts and wonder about us, am i ananymous or still juicyboobies, who knows!!
Where we each of us at that given time. Are we still here at all.
Your post reminded me of the Shelly poem JB:

The lone and level sands stretch far away.”I’ve chatted with some lovely members over the past year or so, some have deleted their accounts for various reasons, mainly real life priorities. I hope they are enjoying life and feel fulfilled or at least know this is a safe place to return to.
I go back way, way further, to an ancient site I ran at the dawn of the internet, all in hand-written HTML. It’s barely possible that someone else here might remember it, but I haven’t spotted anyone from back then.
People might laugh, but my site was the first to promote the “ANR” designation. I wanted to emphasize the “Adult” part to make sure there was no doubt that the site and activity was between adults only. I also wanted to emphasize the “Relationship” part, to make it clear it was about loving ties and not merely erotic experiences.
The site soon became too much of a burden, and eventually I moved it to an emerging public internet service and handed it over to someone else (it was eventually shut down as that service floundered). A few funny things:
Back then, Yahoo was the main directory for the internet, and it was still hand-curated – you had to submit your site manually. I submitted the site to Yahoo, where it appeared for a while, and then was removed, resubmitted, etc., until I gave up on them.
Then there was the time an FBI dude showed up, albeit as a patron and not an investigator (uh-huh!). Seeing everything was cool, nothing came of that, thankfully!
One day I’ll tell some more stories. 🙂
