    Get a regular suckler

Breastfeeding is based off of supply and demand. When the demand drops so does the supply. More suckling = more milk.
So if you notice a supply drop then try longer suckling session or more suckling session.
Also there are several foods rich in vitamin and nutrition that help boost your supply

If you’re doing all of the above, that is regular milk extraction and your routine of foods/ supplements etc hasn’t changed and yet your milk supply dips it’s always worth reassessing your hydration. It’s so easy to forget about, especially when the weather is cooler, yet I reliably notice a drop in supply when I forget to drink enough.
Wow they are some hefty long sentences.
    Good luck

Pumping and nursing will not always get the hind milk out, try hand expressing after pumping or nursing to be sure your breasts are truly empty. This sends the needed signal to the brain to produce more milk. Emptying your breasts every 4 hours as a baby feeds should work. Make sure you are drinking half your body weight in water. Best of luck
