Currently some phone users are unable to send private messages, this issue seems to have started 2 or 3 days ago.
If you are having problems WHICH STARTED IN THE LAST FEW DAYS then please post below details which can be passed on to software developer.
We need EXACT details please:
– describe the problem, as much detail as possible please.
– which device? Iphone? Android? etc.
– which browser? Chrome? Firefox? Safari? etc.
– when did problem begin? Last few days?Thanks.

InactiveI’ve had an issue, Android, chrome, last few days. Maybe 50% of the time when I send a message I get a little red popup saying can’t send because of a security issue and the message disappears. When I try a second time it always goes through.

Also try typing test message in the chatroom on front page. Does it display?

I have an iPhone 6, it’s a new abf account since the w end and have never been able to read or send messages (I see start if message and sender but cannot read further or send.
It seems that It only gives option to send message (not voice) if I go to an individuals account. I sent you a message informing of issue although when I wrote and sent it didn’t register and disappeared.
Hope it can be sorted

Info for Software Developer …
– Android tablet, Chrome browser
– Device is approximately 5 years old
– Viewing “My Messages” threads list, all looks normal.
– Tap on thread to open thread, nothing happens.
– Tap-and-hold on thread (to show Open/Delete options), nothing happens.
– Tap “Full screen” button (top-right on threads list), nothing happens.
– Can’t scroll down more than 20 threads in threads list, it stops.– Visit a user’s profile page, tap Private Message button, goes to new message compose page, all looks normal.
– Enter text in input area, tap blue (Send) arrow, text disappears, page refreshes, message has not been sent, doesn’t show in message window.
– Blue buttons at top of message window (Full screen, phone) also do not work.– Chatroom on front page displays strangely, text input area is elongated down.
– Can enter text but after tapping blue arrow “Send” then the chat message is not sent, the page refreshes and goes to a different site page.(blog)
– Scrolling up of chat messages stops, and buttons at top of chat window do not work.…
These issues are showing on my (older) Android tablet + Chrome browser. The browser cache has been cleared, no effect.
No issues showing on my newer Android tablet + Chrome browser.
