I was today years old when I learned about mastitis, or the formal term at least.
I’m a tad of a germaphobic and I also am a tad particular regarding staying healthy, disease free etc.
What’s been your experience with using abf anr to avoid mastitis and what’s been your experience ensuring that the people who latch on to you or who you latch on to have good oral hygiene etc?
As a male. I brush daily before any suckling takes place and visually inspect to confirm no open sores or cracked nipples. Mastitis can also come from infection from bacteria in a breast pump with milk sitting or open wounds from chapped or cracked nipples
It isn’t always associated with a suckler hygiene levels.Also getting immediate treatment if found can lessen the effects of mastitis in addition to proper precaution as well.
