Looking to meet Like minded people on my cross country road trip

Hope this message finds you well.
Ending this month I’ll be in Boston and around 2 week of September will start driving to CA, via NJ,philly,MD. And from MD I have not decided the route yet to Denver And then to CA via salt lake city, UT.

I’d love to meet like minded people during trips and that would be great if you can suggest things to do in your area.

I’m not looking for a guide though.
Just want to connect with person, become friends, etc.
