It reminds of the Supreme Court nomination hearings for Judge Jackson I’ve been watching the past few days. Judge Jackson is a brilliant, highly accomplished judge who has overcome many barriers to get where she is. But once the hearings began the Republican Senators accused her of coddling pedophiles and terrorists. Their mouths spewed pure trash at this lovely person. Stay strong Jessica and know that you are above the dirt bags who sling mud at you.
I think you’re onto something.. I basically said what you said but in a more polite way.. yet.. daily.. I get msgs from unpotential partners who want to chat me up.. Get to know me.. Then I waste my time and energy w a polite response and turn down..
Unfortunately guys don’t get it.. I know there’s a lot of talk on this site about womens rudeness and such.. but c’mon.. we only have so much time, energy and patience.. who says we have to like everyone or be nice all the time.. we just don’t.. Without knowing any of the parties involved I find it difficult to see this type of interaction in the forums. And the language is appalling to say the least. I mean I spent 28 years as a sailor and the past 5 as a biker and I don’t recall ever hearing this sort of language and race baiting from folks on a forum in my lifetime. I am surprised that the moderators allow this to continue for so many posts. I came to this site hoping to find decency and what I see is foul language, and slamming race and economical status as a slur. These sort of things are shameful.
@begoneboy of you look back over the posts which were shitty or racist you will see user anonymous inactive at the top. That means the author of said post is no longer on the site. I remember this post and remember michael removing said parties from the site.
I wish we could upvote posts/comments. Highfives all around.
I personally appreciate when men have longer profiles so that I know whether it seems prudent to pursue the conversation or politely bow out. Like all adult sites, the childishness tends to come out if the boundaries don’t line up and things fall apart, as they will at times. But so far, most everyone I’ve encountered here has been relatively understanding of the things we don’t see eye-to-eye on, so I’ll consider myself lucky until I’m not.
