InactiveAs a man who considers himself a true breast man, I am likely an extreme outlier in that I find all breast sizes attractive as long as they are natural.
Otherwise, I can see the point the researchers were trying to make. For most men, they do matter in size when given a chance to make a choice.
February 11, 2023 at 1:21 am #243233First of all, where were the example photos!? 😀
The results were more or less “as predicted,” in that signals in women of fertility and likely reproductive success were found to be attractive by men. The study attempted to tie some of this to sociological factors.
It’s interesting that the study used before / after photos of women getting breast enhancement. I understand why they did this – using the same woman means that they are their own controls. But then was the study really about breast size or the attractiveness or lack thereof of breast implants!?
February 11, 2023 at 1:36 am #243238All I know is, best breasts are the one I enjoy holding and nursing. And those breasts are happy to have all admiration.

InactiveThe article is on PubMed.
How many of you understand what does PubMed represent?
How many of you know and understand the meaning of a “research study and research article”. not just on this particular topic, but any & every ‘health related’ topic!?!February 11, 2023 at 4:05 pm #243384Corey @ingessodantril

Indeed from PubMed. I read studies often. One of my hobbies. I don’t assume others capabilities of comprehending & give the benefit of the doubt to others. Even if it’s not entirely understood, there maybe pieces they do.

February 11, 2023 at 9:56 pm #243469Hi Jessa,
I have to say that the authors of this paper are not fond of the lay reader 😂🤣. I was taught that I should be able to write a research paper or convey a scientific idea in such a way that anyone can understand it in just a few sentences. That is one way the scientific community can encourage people from all walks of life build an interest in science. In contrast, most often, scientific papers tend to loose their readers in the first few sentences. In my humble opinion, this paper seems like a research review but it is unfortunately not very well written.
February 11, 2023 at 10:19 pm #243476I happen to agree. I just don’t make assumptions on what others ability of comprehension. Thank you for your input!
