I can’t seem to upload videos to my profile

Hi all. I have uploaded photos but can’t seem to upload videos. Can’t find anything on the help pages. Can someone possibly assist? Thanks.

Hi Jay . Click on your profile photo top right . Then click media , then video then upload and click file to choose from . Daz x

Only MP4 format videos can be uploaded.
Also please keep filesize below 10MB.

If you need to convert from another format (eg. MOV) or need to reduce filesize, then there are dozens of free apps & websites where you can easily do this.

I used the link above and it compressed the video but it’s still a .mov? Help.

Platinum beauty …after you select your video you will see an option “Output” where you can select MP4, also a gear icon where you can select the output size of video …choose those options before you hit the “Compress now” button

I got 2 apps. InShot and compress so I can edit and compress. So easy. Now I just hope that uploading lots of pics and videos is okay. x
