I’m curious how common it is for someone to be attracted to large areola rather than the size, shape or softness/firmness of breasts themselves. I’ve been into ANR for years and of course, I love breasts. But when it comes to a fantasy or idealized imagined partner or porn I seek out, I find myself drawn to women with large and prominent areola above all. Of course it’s impossible to “filter” for an ANR partner by areola size and I’ve always enjoyed all the nursing regardless of this draw. But does anyone know what drives this attraction, how common is it and for the ladies out there, does the size of areola change over time or with events such as pregnancy? Does it stay large or remain more or less the same after pregnancy?
I always thought I was weird for large areolas. Made me self conscious. All my friends and family seem to have med-to smaller well defined areolas. They slightly enlarged when I grew bigger during pregnancy. Think it was just bc the entire breasts was bigger.
pretty common interest you have, so no worries there. it’s honestly partially genetic and partially life/hormonal, whether someones areolas will be bigger or smaller in size.
Boy, great topic question!!! Me being new to this and thinking mine, lol were just like everybody else’s all my life.
I never really thought about it till I became a member here and learned everybody’s different. I’ve heard from numerous authorities that the areola changes in color slightly just before the milk comes in. I think mine are about average, I’d personally like to have them about the size of little pancakes…lol…but as Gia pointed out I think I missed that genetics handout, though not exactly sure where the genetics on the nipple side came from. From a woman’s standpoint I think large areola are just beautiful and more attractive.

Jessa, I can imagine many woman having those same feelings. However, I am a breast lover who thinks larger aureolas are soooo attractive, erotic and sexy! There is something about those large aureolas that draw me to them!
I don’t know. I have small nipples and no areola color unless my nipples are hard, and even then,the areola is a rosy pink for only a half an inch. 🤷♀️
I guess if large areola/nipples are a turn on for a lot of men, I’m going to be a huge disappointment.

Myself included.😉😘I have always been amazed by very large areola, but not necessarily more attracted to them. To me the size or shape or color of a breast is not as important as is the sensitivity of the nipples and the breast in general. I love feeling a nipple hardening in my mouth as I run my tongue all over and around it. Just me of course.
I feel ya Rusted. To me it is more about the contrast and the view in general when I have it in my mouth and see this large circle around me and then breast flesh around it. Just insanely erotic to me
