Well, FINALLY! A national holiday practically tailor-made for ABF Heaven!🩷
Today is National No Bra Day, and I can’t think of a more appropriate bunch of people to celebrate with!
Ladies, whether you’re letting the girls roam free or keeping them safely contained because gravity has become a personal enemy, today is YOUR day!🩷
And gentlemen, before anybody gets carried away, National No Bra Day is NOT National Send Me Proof Day. I know. Life is full of disappointments. 😘
Now, there’s a little something important behind all this boob liberation.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and today is also Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day. So while we’re celebrating breasts, let’s remember the people who’ve fought to keep theirs, those who’ve lost them, those living with breast cancer, and those we’ve lost to it. 🩷
Know your boobs! Pay attention when something changes, and keep up with the screenings appropriate for you. And yes, gentlemen, breast cancer can affect you too.
Now, I’m curious…

Very much Free The Girls for me. And I taught one of my friends from here about Hoodie Bras, and how often moms in school drop off lines, etc, aren’t wearing bras because we’re just throwing a hoodie over and going to the car. He said he looks at things differently now! ☺️
Where would 1/4 cup bras fit in? Mostly free but gravity defied. Is it the best of both worlds or far from it?

My mum lost her best friend and I lost a godmother to this. I know you all probably do, but it is so important to get checked.My heart goes out to anyone in the fight, and to the families of those who have lost someone. You are the bravest people around!!

Much love and kindness to you all ❤️Day, I actually had to Google a 1/4 cup bra! I was picturing trying to squeeze a quarter of one of my boobs into a tiny little cup!😜 Apparently it’s a shelf bra, which is a bit different from the balconette I was familiar with. Basically, it’s a little balcony for your boobs, I’m not entirely sure mine wouldn’t just tumble right over the railing…But, maybe that’s the point! 😉
