Inactive– “The Razor’s Edge” with Bill Murray, not the black and white.
– “Ameile” it’s French and subtitled but soooooo worth it!
“Lady Chatterley’s Lover” – the 1981 version. It is simply gorgeous to watch.
“Sense and Sensibility” – the 1995 version
“Emma” – either verison (1996 or the 2020)
“While You were Sleeping” – just an adorable movie
“The Three Musketeers” – the 1993 version
“Maid in Manhattan” – again, just a cute movie

I love Bill Murray, but…
I prefer the 1946 version with Tyrone Power, Gene Tierney, Anne Baxter, Clifton Webb, Herbert Marshall.
And, I also prefer the 1947 version of Nightmare Alley with Power, Joan Blondell, Coleen Gray, and Helen Walker, to the 2021 version with Bradley Cooper, et al.
Old school I suppose. Maybe just old.

InactiveEveryone has their favorites. 🙂 I’m just not a fan of old b&w movies. I’ve tried and just find them confusing and scattered for me to follow well enough. But if it’s the first version of anything you saw, it makes sense it would be your favorite.
