This is a question for the ladies, since I know this can be a distinct ‘turn-on or turn-off’ matter. Some people like to suckle without any clothes at all, and some prefer to keep some clothes or undies on. But what we chose to wear can have a big impact on our partner – ladies are usually not keen to see a man in ‘tightie-whities’, and some may not feel sexy using a nursing bra.
So what are your favourite styles and colours for underwear, both for what you’d like (or hate) to wear, and what you’d want your partner to wear (or avoid)?
Looking through old posts, & found this. I like boxer briefs if he needs to wear something. Prefer shirt off as I love skin to skin contact & caressing/touching his skin
The man’s shirt off is nice, the skin on skin contact is wonderful. Other than that, it depends on the relationship and what makes us feel comfortable together.
Shirt off boxer briefs or sweatpants are fine. I like to wear nursing bras, nursing cami, nursing shirt, or nothing, it all depends on the relationship between my and my nursing partner. I have had platonic nursing partners and in those situations they usually had their shirt off and I wore a nursing bra.
As far as colors, I have no preference on what a man wears, and I love clothing in any color. My first nursing partner asked me to wear a beige nursing bra, and he reimbursed me for the cost of it. Overall I’m very flexible and just want me and my partner to be comfortable.

Since then, I’ve had the fortune to gain some suckling experience of my own. I agree with you all that having at least the shirt off is best, as plenty of skin contact really adds to the intimacy. A nursing bra, for those who like to wear one, is also great.
Elizabeth – your recollection of your first nursing partner strangely mirrors myself! I quite like woman’s clothes in pink, and I suggested to my partner that we try using a nursing bra, which she happily agreed to – in my choice of colour! I guess people within this lifestyle do think alike.
