I have a soft spot for the first position I was introduced to- I lay face up on the bed, turned around with my head at the foot of the bed. She stands behind me and leans forward to drape her chest over my face.

I find side by side works best for suckling over long periods. Being straddled like cowgirl position is most enjoyable.
