I’m having issues with my messages to I’ll sometimes get one but it doesn’t let me see it or even it won’t exist so @tuehlykv what can I do here
While using more and more the new website, these are problems: (all on my Samsung Android device, Note8; Opera browser)
– can’t scroll down while reading messages, so the whole page is locked in place, so I had to close the browser snd tab few times to get it working again by reopening the website again.
– the refreshing of messages is like white/grey colors in the middle of a screen, but the rest of the website in the background seem just fine.
– to see any messages I have to go each time from main manu on the top right corner in my phone screen, the main page showing messages doesn’t display anything.
– Each time I go back and forth, there are delays and that gret/white screen does its thing, it usually is only a few seconds.
– some problems to receive attachments on time, but maybe it was just isolated situation, so can’t tell for sure, if due to the updates.
However, the website looks much nicer so congrats on doing more and more improvements! I like the better quality of pictures, and the option to favorite the responses. Thank you!
