The chatroom/messaging software was updated yesterday to the latest version – but seems to cause problems for some users, depending on which device you use.
Please provide details below of any problems you have noticed. The software developer can read this, and your comments will help resolve any issues.
You MUST include details of which device & browser you use.
I’m using an iPhone. It says I have a private message but nothing comes up when I click on it.
My issues:
Device : Android tablet (android 7.0)
Browser: Chrome & Firefox (both)Since the update, chatroom takes at least ten seconds until all initial messages are loaded. Very very slow.
Sending message, theres a 2 seconds delay after I hit SEND arrow before the message appears in window above.
Sometimes getting double message appearing after I hit SEND.
IPad Air software version 12.5.6, safari browser.
Message center says messages, but when clicked on, no messages or history comes up. In addition chat room on main page is failing to come up.
iPhone and so far everything seems to be working. I’m also using The built in default Safari web browser if that helps.
@TonT …please try to clear your browser cache, it might help.

Newer iPhone 6 using safari
When pm is clicked the page shows up blank. Not all the time.Grogman, thanks. Where are you clicking? In the list of conversations (ie. threads)? Are you in full screen view or not? And what happens exactly then?
Or are you clicking the Private Message button on a profile?

@nicko what is browser (including version) and operation system?
Do you scroll with mouse wheel or?
I am using single finger touchpad
