Aww, that’s a shame 🤭 I was looking forward to hearing what he was apologising for 😏
He’ll probably be back with a new (and carefully disguised) profile in a few days so he can start over. Probably still convinced that there was nothing wrong with his post in the first place.
It scares the hell out of me to put anything on this site for fear that it will be twisted into some grand scandal for people to feel righteous about. I hate this… and it hurts. So many assume too much without removing their past hurts and biases. I know many of you women endure countless demeaning and thoughtless messages from the trolls on this site. Well, report them and get rid of them. I don’t want any part of this. There are things that are worth pursuing that are black and white. I think many of you chose poorly and drove one of our own away because of it. He isn’t just like me … but he is like me in how he loves to nurse. It has to be a part of his life. He knows you are precious, it at least he did. I have said too much already. Maybe I will be the next to be run off.
If you’re suggesting that I ran him off, that was not my intention. I wanted to see if he was willing to be held accountable for his own words. I didn’t twist anything, there was a misogynistic tone to his whole post and replies. I called him out on it and he must have realised he had dug too deep a hole for himself.
Equally, I will call out any bigotry when I see it, including misandry, so I hope you’re not tarring me with the same brush as the women who use their advantage over men?
