I know I have been blocked for not responding instantly… the reasons are varied and sometimes stupid but I figure if that’s all it takes it never would work anyway

I have yet to block anyone on this site, but I block a woman if she is one of the fakes that tries to pull me in for a long-term scam (like a former member of this site just tried to do today).

I could also block them because they expressly state “I can only go this far” or “I am only looking for someone in XXXX state” and that kind of thing.

I honestly do not think I have been blocked by a woman on this site yet, and I hope I don’t push a woman to do so. I try to be very accomodating with this, especially since the whole point of ANR is the intimacy and trust.

If anyone blocks you, whatever caused them to block you is because they didn’t feel safe, able to trust you, felt they were disrespected by you, etc. Blocking is an essential part of this site, and it should remain so.

Males, it is on us to be accomodating. Sure, there are some women that are not what they seem (again, like a former member of this site), but they are the minority even on this site.

Guys, man up and deal with it if you get blocked. We can use it, too.

I’ve been blocked by men and women of this site. I don’t always know why but it’s their right to do so. People shouldn’t let it bother them. It’s just something that’s going to happen.

This just happened to me and it made me laugh 😂
So she says I didn’t write much on my profile and on my first message to her, saying it puts her off when men don’t share much. So I reply with a lot more information about me and she blocks me 😂😂😂
