Is anyone else experiencing abuse to the phone option on here. I’ve had 1 members call repeatedly on the phone option thru this app all hours of the night. And another calling me after midnight. Normally, I wouldn’t care and just block them . But I got another one who called when we never spoke, ever. Are others, receiving this on this kind if annoyance? It’s rude Calling someone after 10pm, especially if you don’t know them or their personal lives.
Is there a way we can give permission as an option to call?
That’s appalling behaviour! I thought you had to have added each other as friends to use the call option ? If they’re on your friends list try deleting them

Voice call should only be possible between friends.
I will check functionality.It is indeed set to “between friends only”.
I will test from standard user account.Seems to be working ok.
So assuming no glitches, then the person bothering you must be on your Friends List.
You should cancel the friendship.Let me know if the issue persists.
To be clear: you control who can voice call you with the Friends status. Friends can call each other, non-Friends can not call.

I had no idea people can call someone on here but, yet, people want to act as though they have no idea that you can send voice messages besides texting all the da* time. I’m surprised people are using that feature which once again, I didn’t know that this website had that.
I looked back at the history. They were “friends”. And I deleted and blocked them all. I deleted alot of ppl for that reason. Most nights I work. One night I was working into the morning. The app rang my ohone 8 times between 12- 2am. I wasn’t even on the site. But if I don’t log out using the website thru my phone. I stay logged in. 🙁
I didn’t know the site had this feature. Wow that’s great but for someone to abuse this Privilege is down right rude. I’m sorry to hear you are having this problem.
Wow.. That is just scary even for me. I would definitely seek permission before just assuming that just because we are friends means that it’s ok to call whenever I would like. So sorry that you had to experience that.
Glad you were able to deal with those users. That’s not cool at all and shows no decency. I was trying to recall if I’d ever noticed the phone option being shown for users I wasn’t friends with – just in case there was some glitch etc. But seems like that’s unlikely since you’ve confirmed these people were friends of yours before.
I also was impressed on this site that the chat messaging will play a notification sound when you’re just logged in with the website and the phone could be asleep. It’s nicer than relying on email notifications of unread messages.
