42M in Bakersfield CA, Update on my broken ankle and more

Very recently, I spoke about my broken ankle, and the time I spent at the acute rehabilitation center.
Thankfully, I learned some good maneuvers, built up my upper body strength a little, and I’ve moved to a long term Skilled Nursing Facility.

Kind of an ironic name, right?

So, I’m going to be here for a couple months, while I’m non weight bearing, and the good news is that I have a private room!

It’s not quite private enough to indulge in more than some basic nursing, but I’m just happy to have my own space.

I’m still looking for anything as simple as a chat friend, or as involved as a visitor who might be comfortable enough to nurse a guy in pain.
