But can you clarify?: You highlighted TWO things:
“1 characteristic” (I’m assuming a PHYSICAL one), AND you mentioned “their size”. (Are you referring to their bust size or body size?)
But I suspiciously wonder if you ever actually have read a gentai comic. Because in hentai art or comics, they usually feature, to say the least, VERY curvaceous women. (There are various branches of hentai. Like for example one that feature androgynous hermaphrodite characters, of which is REVOLTING to me personally. And yes, there are other EXTREME branches of hentai that I as well as many of us have ZERO interest entertaining, that are immediate turn-offs.) Yes, Hentai OFTEN portrays females that are plus-size, thick or a BBW… having large breasts, wide hips, and/or an ample behind, but… NOT EVERY SINGLE COMIC, EVERY SINGLE TIME. It depends on the artist and/or what line you choose.
The women in hentai comics are consistently mildly to forcefully dominant. They are extremely determined. They often are portrayed as appearing “submissive”, mild-mannered, soft-spoken, shy, or very refined and lady-like. But they know what they want, and how and when they want it. From young women to mature cougars.
You basically made the accusation that the men (and including some women) that like hentai: OBJECTIFY women.
For starters: remember that these are females that are FICTIONAL DRAWN characters on paper or on screen. Now with this fact in mind…
Objectification is defined as:
“the action of treating or viewing a person in a way that disregards their individuality or humanity, especially by considering them only in terms of their sexual attractiveness or availability.”
Hentai characters LOOK like humans, but they’re NOT INDIVIDUALS.
Hentai fans like theses character’s appearance, their fiery high sex-drive and they’re undeniably strong-willed personalities.
And, based on the definition, these characters have no “availability” too.
Hentai fans do love the features, drive and attitudes of these fantacy women. We guys, adore and “worship” the real world women that embody some of the similarities of hentai characters they might have. In real life, we pedestalize women, NOT objectify them.
Hentai fans don’t identifying women by merely 1 characteristic and neither by their size. (That’s a very simplistic point of veiw.) Again, size of what?? Their body? Their breasts? Their behind? What?
Hentai fans might like it all, or something in particular. Everyone has their personal preference. Basically, you can’t categorize all hentai fans in just one category.
