Hi guys, I’m attempting to relactate after 8 years, I’m pumping and tens unit, anybody have any encouragement or tips?
I would totally but I can’t seem to figure out how to get any. Any tips?

2Mizzlizz. Did you use birth control pills to induce or just pumping, herbs and/or partner (or another way I have never heard of)? There is a young lesbian lady on YouTube who went to her doc because because she and her partner were adopting twins and she wanted to nurse them to give the comfort and nutrition they would need. She went through the whole induction with YouTube. I don’t think she took herbs at all. She started with taking a double dose of birth control pills daily. Then when her body was ready (can’t remember how many weeks) she began pumping about 8 or more times daily (spaced out as much as possible). And it worked wonderfully. She was able to produce enough for both children. I was surprised with how quickly it happened for her.
I personally am no fan of Dom. Yes it boosts, but the side effects were not amusing. Guys are always quickly waving with it, not concerned about our health in any way.
