Email notifications – please read

Ok, because of the recent issues with email notifications, here is the current situation:

All the settings you have chosen in your account re. emails will apply. That’s friendship requests etc.

Except for private message notification emails. These are now off, no matter what settings you have chosen. So when someone sends you a PM, you will not receive an email about it. You have to visit the website to check & read messages.

This was absolutely necessary because several thousand emails per day were being generated by PMs. Too many.

Once I move abfheaven to a more powerful host, then it will have unlimited resources for emails etc. In the meantime, simply visit the site.
