Life is stressful. We carry tension in our shoulders, our minds race with anxieties, and we rarely find moments of true, absolute stillness. The lifestyle of ANR just seems like the ultimate way to relax and truly connect with someone. Life is so hectic, and the idea of having this perfectly safe, quiet time to just melt away all the stress, feel completely at ease, and be grounded with a partner sounds pretty amazing. It’s like hitting a reset button together. I’m also really interested in the bonding side of it. It seems like such a sweet, intimate way to build a unique and super strong bond that kind of closeness you don’t really get anywhere else. It’s less about overt sexuality and more about that deep sensuality… the warmth, the comfort, the trust, and just feeling incredibly safe and cared for.
