Hey all, hope everyone is well? I am currently trying to re lactate and now want to change from a manual to electric pump as want to move the process along as quickly as possible.
So my question is – suggestions for reasonable, super strong, effective, wearable breast pumps please?
Thanks so much!

I’m Getting a half ounce on one side so far and getting impatient lol. I’m using the motif Luna wearable with the bra. It has a massage mode and strong expression mode. I’m waiting on a Momcozy single wireless pump to see how that compares.
I’d love to hear if anything works for you!

They are very easy to use because you can slide them in your bra and continue your activities.November 29, 2024 at 6:34 pm #514036Hi OLivia, I use this one and its quite cute looking and fits inside your bra. I have used it for a few months and managed to lactate with it following quite a strict schedule and it is quite affordable and works well. Noise is extremely annoying. They will send it out to UK and you shouldn’t have to pay import tax.

I advise having a manual pump too or something like this to collect letdown when manually expressing or shields
You will also need pads after 1-2 months of pumping depending on how strict you are. I only managed a quarter cup every session when I left it a month ago due to stress but I was leaking overnight inside my bralette in bed and gym (you won’t be able to go braless).
I also have breast heated massagers to prevent clogged ducts. I didn’t have any issues at all and if you are healthy and do things properly you shouldn’t either. I didn’t need supplements to induce but did end up taking Moringa and Goats Rue (Mother’s Milk buy on iHerb) and later domperidone and really helped with the supply.
