Hi Ladies,
I am trying to collect feedback on the protocol.
If you have used the protocol, can you share for how long you did it? How did it work out for you? Would you use the method over again if you had to?
I’ve induced using this protocol several times. I’ve completed it for the 6 month time frame it suggest twice. The results were amazing. My highest yield was 16 ounces in a day. It could have been more but that was when Covid happened and my schedule changed.
I’ve also completed the month long one. Still good results but took longer to get a good yield.
The drawbacks for me is it makes me gain weight which I hate so I’m currently no longer using it. It’s the dom that causes the weight gain hence why I instead used the shorter protocol.
I do recommend it for anyone who wants more than drops
This is interesting to me and very helpful, thanks!😊
Thanks for sharing, Kiana!
I performed a modified variant of the Goldfarb protocol wherein I used bio-identical hormones. Very large estradiol injection every 3 days. Daily progesterone injection. Progesterone suppositories overnight. I was able to get my estradiol and progesterone levels up to about 2nd trimester levels and held them there for 3 months.
My results were incredible. I notched 935ml at peak, and this was with a very lazy pumping schedule of 3x per day and an unenthusiastic partner.
I thought I had failed when my milk failed to come in, but it just took like 6 weeks for my estradiol to come down from all the injections. In hindsight I would have tried just doing 1 month and seeing how much I got, because the physical changes seemed to have stopped after a month, and the injections were a lot. Plus, that much milk was kind of overkill for my needs, although I did get to feed a gay couple’s baby for a few months, which was cool.
