I recall a contribution to another thread where it was explained that when an account is showing Deleted User, they have either deactivated the account, or admin has done so.
Someone I’ve been chatting with reached out to me via a medium we moved to outside of ABF Heaven. He wanted to know if the site was down for me also
I told him no. But come to think about it, his messages in my inbox now show him as deleted. Could that be why he couldn’t get in. He confirmed seeing a prompt that his account does not exist. But he’d put that down to technical issues with the site.
I asked if he could have been reported for bad behaviour. He claims to have sent only a few messages. And I can attest to his impeccable approach and emotional intelligence.
It’s not the first time gents have said they used to have accounts that were terminated without warning. It’s like they get pushed out of a canoe. Some scramble back in with a new account. Others say “f*ck it and swim to shore.
There’s a site with reviews for ABF Heaven and every other gripe was frustrated men whose accounts were terminated without warning or dialogue.
I respect anything the site admin do to keep this as safe a space as possible. I’m not going to question your call on who’s unsavoury arse needs to be kicked out.
But I’d like to put this theory out there: could this site code have a glitch that is spontaneously deleting accounts that are otherwise in good standing?
Have any ladies had their accounts terminated without warning and thus needed to create another and cross their fingers? 🤞🏾 I’m not aware of any lady who says she lost an account.
Or are these spontaneously combusting accounts held by male members only?
February 3, 2024 at 12:31 am #389949June,
No glitches.
“I’m not going to question your call on who’s unsavoury arse needs to be kicked out.”
That should answer your question.
Incidentally, beyond the approval process for new registrations, I rarely delete an account. Most users are perfectly decent people.
But once an account is reported to me for breaking site rules, with proof, then they gotta go.
It’s why ABFheaven is – in relative terms- a very safe website to use.

Inactive@June It is awfully strange. In the middle of a perfectly wonderful conversation with a lady in the last 24 hours or so all of a sudden their account showed as deleted. In the interest of fairness I couldn’t say whether they deleted it or it was deleted for them. It does seem awfully strange that in the middle of what seemed to be a mutually enjoyable dialogue something like that happened.🤷🏿♂️

Inactive@darrenks it was probably a dude
February 3, 2024 at 11:10 am #390015@asomua49 That made me laugh.
However, the verification required to become a member makes that kind of catfishing unlikely.
February 3, 2024 at 11:19 am #390016@darrenks You have my deepest sympathies. It makes you question when you log in and that person you connected with so well is gone without warning or explanation. And if you’ve kept all engagement within this space, you lose the right, as a human being, to that closure. It can be like a bereavement. I’ll share more on my most painful experience of this later. 😥
I’m really sorry you experienced this. And the fact that in your case, it was a lady, answers one of my musings in my original post.
It teaches us now to exchange off platform contact details pronto as no one knows what tomorrow holds.
February 3, 2024 at 11:23 am #390018Hi Michael,
I’d like to say I’m glad it’s not a glitch. But then again, I don’t have to think that one day I’ll head on over here and find I’m erased due to a software anomaly.
But do people not even get an idea about what they’ve done wrong? An opportunity to remedy and learn from the mistake.

InactiveDamn, he must have been naughtier than I thought! He was a bit cheeky with me, but I’m genuinely surprised he did anything that warranted being booted off the site!
February 3, 2024 at 5:34 pm #390123I’ve had ugly run ins here both by private message and on the forum. I can’t imagine the person I’m referring to being anywhere near as bad with anyone. He’s none the wiser either.
February 3, 2024 at 9:44 pm #390200I had exactly the same…mid conversation, not sexual I was found to be deleted andvit always has puzzled me. Up to them we had what I thought was a decent messaging relationship
February 4, 2024 at 10:19 am #390394Lesson learned, right? Get external contact details right off the bat. That has been my perpetual regret with a member with whom I had the most incredible rapport. Vanished. At first I thought he had personal matters occupying him.
But I spent months trawling through my inbox for him. Then I hit on the idea to search my email notifications for keywords from our conversations. That’s how I linked back to our chats. Then I understood why scanning my inbox hadn’t picked up our chats. He was deleted.
I’ve been nursing the shock and pain at the thought that he discarded his account. And our blooming relationship along with it. Because yes, he had what it took to get me thinking about the possibility of an ANR. And I don’t say that lightly. I felt a bit foolish for allowing myself to have feelings.
I wondered if he planned to return, creating another account, when things straightened out at his end.
I plotted ways to communicate to him via the forums, in cryptic code, the way serial killers taunt detectives with clues using classified ads. If he was lurking, he might be encouraged to reconnect.
He was an absolute gentleman. I know we all protest the virtue of our contacts when they get deleted.
I hope one day he’ll figure out a way to reach me so I hear his side of the story.
This platform feels more like a high school than a forum for consenting adults at times.
