InactiveHello,
I’m new to abf and love females but have always been curious if men can lactate also? I would love to try it and experience it myself and have a woman suckle me. Any advice on male lactation would be great.
Can’t wait to hear from you.April 28, 2022 at 8:36 am #131437Copied from the internet.
Can men produce milk and breastfeed? As surprising as this might sound, the answer is yes!
It seems to be an unusual request but there are about 70K inquiries about male lactation in Google every month. Evidently, more and more people are interested in this topic.
There can be multiple reasons why males would want to lactate:
Fathers wanting to breastfeed their baby so as to share duties with the mother. Sometimes the mother might have health issues that forbid her to breastfeed. The father then takes over as the breast milk giver.
Transgender women who want to breastfeed adopted or surrogate kids
For erotic lactation purposes in Adult Nursing Relationships (ANRs)
No matter the reason, with a lot of commitment and the right method it can be done! The basic requirements for being able to produce breast milk are functioning breasts and a pituitary gland in the brain (to release prolactin, the lactation hormone). Men happen to have both so there is no major obstacle for them to lactate.
Of course they need to follow the correct method to develop their breasts so as to induce lactation. To do so, they need to use the same hormones naturally released during a woman’s pregnancy to develop their breasts.
The article goes in the say the goldfarb protocol works equally as well for men as it does for women so maybe go check it out.
This is the link I use for the goldfarb protocol

InactiveThank you for the response I’m not sure about using the domain with the sever side effects it has. Is that the only way or are there other herbs I could use to get this to work. Would a Yonex be interested in me sharing my journey?
April 28, 2022 at 10:19 am #131467I think men need to take hormones to recreate the hormones a woman goes through during pregnancy. I did read somewhere before that this lead to a man developing breasts. Someone else here might be more knowledgeable about it. I’d certainly be interested in hearing how you get on.
April 28, 2022 at 1:07 pm #131501You’d be reliant on taking artificial lactation hormones, forever. You should really study and think about this for at least a year before you do it. The odds of finding a partner will be exceedingly, ridiculously, impossibly low to non-existant. You really want to make sure this isn’t just a phase you’re going through. That’s going to be a very exclusive, very lonesome journey.
April 28, 2022 at 1:43 pm #131506I also agree with @anrhouseboy. For me as a woman it’s been a lonesome journey so I can imagine it been more for a man.
April 28, 2022 at 3:37 pm #131544I don’t see many having interest in this and it seems nearly impossible to achieve unless you take a ton of dom which has many side effects
April 28, 2022 at 7:08 pm #131665I’ve heard there is a tribe in Africa that does this, obviously naturally from suckling the babies. Seems to be related to the post I made with the grandmother nursing her grandchild. I think in societies that don’t have pacifiers/dummies, they have to get creative when babies just want to suckle for comfort, not to feed. I know for myself, because my daughter would never take a pacifier, it was just me ALL me and that was HARD sometimes, still is.
But I do agree that in Western society, you may have a hard time finding a partner and seems like you might want to secure that first (but I am sure there’s someone for you!). That being said, I swear there was some Big Pharma drug like 10 years ago that had commercials stating side effects included male lactation? Or maybe it was just males growing breasts? Does anyone else remember this?
April 28, 2022 at 8:59 pm #131695I think it’s beautiful for a man to want his nipples nursed; but for milk to come out, now that’s ridiculous and out of order naturally. Just like a woman who hasn’t breastfed before or had children. Lactation is a gift given from the Infinite for Women. Guess we can’t have anything to ourselves. SMH, lol.
April 28, 2022 at 9:08 pm #131696@anrhouseboy You are incorrect about having to be dependent on hormones for as long as he wanted to lactate. I actually know two men, personally, who lactate. Both take normal amounts of Domperidone, not excessive amounts. One uses hormones and one doesn’t. One goes off the Dom as soon as he has milk and maintains his supply with herbs and stimulation. It really is annoying when people offer opinions without any knowledge of the subject. And FWIW, Domperidone doesn’t necessarily have any worse side effects that any other medication. It’s sold over the counter in 26 countries and is not necessarily any more dangerous than aspirin in the recommended doses.

InactiveI seriously don’t see anything wrong with a man wanting to lactate or wanting to be nursed. I would nurse a man if he wanted me to, in some of my previous relationships, men actually enjoyed prolonged suckling sessions, so maybe men just don’t like admitting this.
It is seriously normal to me.
But, like others mentioned, it may be very lonely journey, just like women have. It is hard to find that relationship where both parties want same things. For me, I would be very happy to have a mutual suckling relationship, but I can’t speak for the rest of the ladies.🙂
April 29, 2022 at 2:38 am #131848@juicyboobies shares good information, as does Effervescent1 in her discussion of lactation. However, although Effervescent1 states that 27 countries allow the sale of domperidone, we should note that there are 194 countries in the world and 167 do not allow the sale of domperidone. The US is one of the 167 countries. Although domperidone has been used safely by some individuals, it has caused heart issues in others. If you decide to go this route it would be prudent to be evaluated by a doctor before taking it, and then again regularly thereafter. It is NOT as safe as aspirin, obviously.
The fathers in Africa didn’t have access to Domperidone, but suckled babes in an attempt to do so….this must have provided them peace and relaxation which is the real beauty of abf and anr. Be safe, then pump or suckle to your heart’s content. Good luck in your efforts.
April 30, 2022 at 4:10 am #132557I’ve seen many people inquire about this too, and the responses above are good ones.
However, I just wanted to make one point: If a man is finding that he is spontaneously producing even a tiny bit milk (that is, without trying), he should visit his Dr. quickly. It can be a side-effect of breast cancer in men, which is a very rare but real and very serious thing.
Otherwise, carry on if you are into it!
