Hello everyone, I am new here. I have a question for my fellow ladies. ABF has intrigued me for sometime now. I am new to this type of community so I’m hoping I can get some answers. About a year and a half ago I bought a pair of nipple sucker toys. I bought them because my nipples have always been extremely sensitive. When I used them it felt amazing but after using the toys it seems I have lost sensitivity in my nipples. Having lost sensitivity in my nipples has really brought me down emotionally and mentally because I love playing with my boobs but now when I do it’s like I don’t get anything from it. I have some sensitivity but it’s on a very very low scale. What would your advice be when it comes to trying to get sensitivity back? I’m asking because I really want to try ABF but I don’t want to be a disappointment to someone because I have lost sensitivity. I would also like to go up a cup size, would dry nursing help increase that?

Yes, sensitivity will come back just sounds like over stimulation made them lose some sensitivity. Same with any area of the body. It’s your body’s self-defence system kicking in.
I don’t see how dry suckling will increase your cup size tbh. Boobs increase with hormonal changes in pregnancy and when milk comes in 3-5 days after birth. Neither of those depend on suckling action taking place

January 31, 2021 at 2:05 pm #11615I have been pumping 4 weeks tomorrow and at even my age, I swear my breasts are fuller than 4 weeks ago.
No lactation yet but very hopeful.
My nipples are SO red and sensitive I’ve been using plain Vaseline on them to try to calm them. An added bonus is they became so much softer to the touch. My point with this being, maybe you’ve built up a layer of callus and a good warm, soapy shower with loofah and a layer of nipple cream would help bring it back?February 7, 2021 at 1:15 am #11747When I use my TENS unit during the day at work, my nipple sensitivity goes off the chart. I remember being “numb” after I quit breastfeeding my last for a couple of years and for many when my marriage went bad so obviously my mental state can play a part/block as well. The TENS unit never fails me though! Usually within 5 days they’re super sensitive again.
